Naveed Z. asked:
Kevin, Please let us know about your current situation ? are you taking Pepzin
only or combining any H2 as well
Thanks Much

Kevin answered:

I have great news about my situation. I have been OFF acid reducers (that
includes Zantac), and Pepzin GI for that matter, for the last 2 month. I don't
need any of them any more, and only use Pepzin GI sparingly when am re-
introducing foods too quickly and feel irritated.

I am in the homestretch, and am slowly re-adding back the foods that used to
bother me. As I type this there is chili in the slow cooker, and it has curry
and red pepper that used to make me terrified haha. But now, I've been eating it
the last two weeks.

Stay hopeful, ask God to heal you, sleep 8 hours, and use a food journal to
track irritants, good food, and your feelings in general. It's the best advice I
can give you.

Its been 2 years since I hurt my stomach with stimulants in college, and I am
almost better. I'd say 85% better at the moment. It's about as miraculous a
story as I could have imagined, and I come back here to Amazon to respond to
these comments because I know how bad it can be. I pretty much ate potatoes and
plain pasta for a whole year, I know the struggle. But God willing, you can get
better too.

If you have any questions, please post for all to see. I'll try and respond when
I can.

Remember! The pain we feel now is temporary. Nothing lasts forever, including Gastritis Very Happy. So suffer well, and be a light to others.
